Booking and Cancellation
Once work is agreed, we will arrange a suitable date and time with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know as early as possible. In some cases, cancellations made at short notice may incur a charge to cover costs already committed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work where weather conditions, site access, or safety concerns make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
Access to the Site
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the work area on the agreed date, including any parking arrangements needed for vehicles and equipment. Where access is restricted or unavailable, this may affect timing and cost.
Permissions and Legal Restrictions
Some trees are protected by Tree Preservation Orders or fall within conservation areas, meaning council permission is required before work can be carried out. We will check for these restrictions where relevant, but it remains the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known restrictions, disputes, or boundary issues affecting the tree in question.
We will not carry out work on trees where the necessary permissions have not been obtained.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
